Every neurofeedback journey at Your Room begins with a comprehensive brain map (qEEG) to better understand your unique patterns and create a personalized training plan for fine-tuning. Most clients need 30–40 sessions (or more) for full optimization, but we determine the protocol based on your symptoms and desired outcomes.
